Santa Teresa Punch

Elements:

  • 1 ½ oz Santa Teresa 1796
  • ½ oz Peach Liquor
  • ½ oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 Sprint Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Bar Spoon of Absinthe (non-compulsory)
  • Mint sprig, cinnamon stick, seasonal berries (for garnish)

Preparation: Whip, shake and pour over crushed ice. Glassware: Collins or Hurricane.

Elements:

  • 1 1/2 oz Santa Teresa 1796
  • 1/2 oz Easy Syrup
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Ginger Beer
  • 2 Chunks of Pineapple
  • Pinch of Granulated Cinnamon
  • Mint sprig, half pineapple sliced (for garnish)

Preparation: Muddle pineapple in a shaker, then add the remainder of the elements. Shake with ice, double pressure over ice in a glass, high with ginger beer.

 

Santa Teresa Jungle Chook

Elements:

  • 1 1/2 oz Santa Teresa 1796
  • 3/4 oz Martini Bitter
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/4 oz Easy Syrup
  • Pineapple leaf, lime wheel (for garnish)

Preparation: Add all elements in shaken tin, add ice, shake and pressure over Collins glass.

Spicy Mango Daiquirita

Elements:

  • 1 oz Santa Teresa 1796
  • 1 oz Unlawful Mezcal
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Mango Syrup or Muddled Mango
  • 1/2 oz Agave Syrup
  • 1-3 Dashes of Scrappy’s Hellfire Bitters (non-compulsory)
  • Tajin rim, lime wheel (for garnish)

Glassware: Rocks or Coupe

Preparation: Add all elements into tin. Add ice. Shake and high-quality pressure into chilled rocks glass.

Guava-Colada

Elements:

  • 1 1/2 oz Santa Teresa 1796
  • 3/4 Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Monin Guava Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Coco Lopez Coconut Cream
  • Burnt cinnamon stick, lime wheel (for garnish)

Preparation: Mix all elements in tin. Add ice. Shake and pressure, pour over crushed ice in Collins or Hurricane.

 

Santa Teresa Negroni

Elements:

  • 1 oz Santa Teresa 1796
  • 1 oz Martini & Rossi Rubino
  • 1 oz Martini & Rossi Bitter
  • Orange tear (for garnish)

Preparation: Add all elements in shaker tin, add ice, shake vigorously then pressure into Double Previous Usual or rocks glass.
