- 3/4 contemporary lemon juice
- 3/4 basil easy syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 oz. Recent mandarin juice
- 3/4 Lillet Blanc
- 2 ouncesPlymouth Gin
- LaMarca Prosecco
Preparation
- Recent squeezed lemon juice Recent squeezed mandarin syrup Basil and Orange Bitters infused easy syrup Mix all elements and shake.
- High with Prosecco.
- Garnish with Basil and mandarin peel curl.

Ye Pilgrim Mash-tini
Components
- 2 ouncesPlymouth Gin
- ¾ ouncesSweet Potato Purée*
- 1/2 ouncesVanilla cordial cream**
- 3 dashes cinnamon bitters
- 1 egg white
Preparation
- Dry shake all elements, then shake with ice.
- Double pressure into chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with Orange peel, 2 cinnamon sticks, and three drops cinnamon bitters.
*Candy Potato Purée
Components
- 1 giant candy potato
- 2 cups water
- orange zest
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- Roast candy potatoes.
- In a saucepan, carry elements to boil then cut back to simmer.
- Simmer for 8 minutes.
- Let cool and pressure by mess strainer.
