Right here’s the Rouges are Crimson, Violets are Blue cocktail created by Chilled 100, Atlanta Member, bartender Daniella Keenan of Excessive 5 Hospitality.
Components:
- 1 1/2 oz Guerin dry purple vermouth
- 1 oz earl gray and violet easy syrup 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz creme de violette
- 3 dashes plum bitters
Preparation: All components in a shaker tin. Stir and pressure over contemporary ice in a stemless wine glass. Garnish with crushed candied violets.
Try the Capa de Vermouth cocktail created by Chilled 100, San Francisco Member, bartender Elmer Mejicanos of Crimson Window bar.
Components:
- 3 oz mint infused guerin dry purple
- 1 oz of guerin dry
- 2 dashes cucumber bitters
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz ginger beer
Preparation: Construct within the glass and prime with pebble ice in tall footed glass. Garnish with cucumber and mint.
