The primary Regional Remaining for The Good Mix Cocktail Competitors 2024 was held in Sydney on Monday, March 4th.
Our energetic group of Hospitality Professionals from throughout NSW & ACT, met at Ora earlier than embarking on a flavour and training expertise of ‘The Artwork of Japanese Hospitality’.
Our largest Regional Remaining warmth ever noticed 27 finalists (13 Apprentice Class and 14 Skilled Class) participate within the required levels of the competitors.
Beginning the day with a Blind Tasting (10%) and Product Data Check (25%), to kick off the formalities, all as a part of the levels of the competitors.

Day (2) two and Day (3) three, COMPETITION Day!
Skilled Class took to the stage day 2 (two), Apprentice Class on day three (3).

Jonathon and Joe will now proceed to the Grand Remaining held in Queenstown, New Zealand, with the ten different state finalist winners but to be introduced.
