BROOKLYN, New York – Threes Brewing simply launched a brand new Oak Aged Further Particular Bitter: Maintain Your Applause, a collaboration with Good Phrase Brewing in Duluth, Georgia. That is the sixth of their ever-growing lineup of English-inspired beers, and the primary foudre-fermented ale from Threes. Brewed with US-grown Sonnet hops and quite a lot of grains, together with native corn, it’s a really harmonious beer with satisfying malt taste, a drying accent, and notes of Arnold Palmer and Bali Shag Blue Tobacco.
Maintain Your Applause is Threes Brewing’s second collaboration with Good Phrase, a brewery that shares their ardour for English-inspired types. Head Brewer, Matt Levy, says, “Further Particular Bitters have an understated simplicity and might be difficult to make. We featured a brand new English yeast in Maintain Your Applause, stripping again the hops and malt to place a better emphasis on yeast character. The issues we realized all through the method of brewing this collaboration may have an indelible impression on all future English types we brew right here at Threes.”
