This gentle gold whisky has a nostril of strawberries, apples, and lychee fruit. The palate is gentle and candy with notes of berries, bananas, and butterscotch. The end is lengthy, with mild spice.

Alexander Mathieson established Dalmore Distillery in 1839 on the northern shore of the Cromarty Firth close to Alness in Scotland’s Highland whisky area. When Alfred Barnard visited in 1886 Dalmore was working with 4 stills then in 1966 this was doubled to eight. The stills at Dalmore are distinctive, the wash stills have flat tops and water jackets encircle the necks of the 4 spirit stills. Along with the official distillery vary that features the Dalmore 12 12 months Outdated, 15 12 months Outdated,and 18 12 months Outdated, this whisky can also be launched by impartial bottlers as single casks.
