Thirty three years in a sherry cask has augmented the basic Karuizawa character with notes of raisin, mint and plum. This enchanting and very uncommon whisky was bottled by Elixir Distillers completely for The Whisky Alternate.
The distinctive emerald labels mix stunning Japanese artwork varieties with advanced scorching foil and complicated embossing elaborations, giving the bottles a sculptured end. They had been designed by The Whisky Alternate’s artistic director Raj Chavda, who can be a fellow of the Royal Society of Artwork.
