“Home Malt” Blended Malt 2012 Sherry Classic 70cl 57.1%
This Blended Malt within the title (it’s ‘tea-spooned’, so 99.9% from a single distillery), it is a 2012 Sherry Classic, aged fully in a first-fill Spanish Oak Oloroso sherry butt. Distilled on the 4th of July 2012, it’s every part you’d anticipate it to be, filled with wealthy, darkish fruit, roasted Arabica espresso, bitter chocolate, and toasted nutty outdated dunnage character. One other triumph from the Home Malts’ choices showcasing all we love about first-fill sherry and bottled at 100 ̊ proof (57.1%). Solely 729 bottles had been produced.
