With the promise of The Hearach Single Malt in thoughts, we’ve been investing even additional in our distillery’s whisky-making this 12 months. The maturation warehouse within the village of Ardhasaig is reaching capability so we’ve been developing two new further buildings in 2022.
Over the course of the final 8 month’s they’ve risen alongside the exisiting cask shops by the shores of the Atlantic on our western coast. As they close to completion, we’re reminded that we’re laying the foundations for generations to return right here within the Isle of Harris, and that an thrilling future lies forward…
