On Monday we launch solely the third Previous & Uncommon refill cask to ever come out of Sullivans Cove Distillery. These American Oak refill casks lend themselves so fantastically to the long-term maturation of Sullivans Cove spirit. TD0058 is an ideal instance of why: a dance between previous, high-quality oak and Sullivans Cove spirit.

TD0058 is available in bursting with contemporary fruits and the qualities of gorgeous, previous oak. Apricot nectar and coconut cream usher in spherical and vivid notes of pine-lime ice cream, mango salsa and watermelon granita. Impeccably layered, the palate supplies cocoa, malted milkshakes and syrup-soaked sponge, resting atop a base of sandalwood and incense. 16 years previous, matured in a 300L second fill American oak cask, TD0058 yielded 406 bottles of 49.8% Sullivans Cove.
