This will likely be a distillery journey in contrast to another. You’ll spend a few days at Novo Fogo’s natural sugarcane farm and zero-waste distillery in Morretes, Brazil, studying the method of handcrafting cachaça from the cane fields to fermentation by means of distillation and barrel-aging. Within the cool adegas (rickhouses) beneath the distillery constructing, you’ll style cachaça straight from the barrel!
Along with the cachaça expertise, you’ll be totally immersed within the wonders of Brazil’s Atlantic Rainforest. We’ll traverse the jungle cover at Ekôa Park eco-reserve and go to offshore mangrove forests by boat. Preserve your eyes peeled for a flock of visiting scarlet ibis birds!
