GSN’s Remarks: Barely candy, vanilla/marshmallow scented nostril with a semi-fruity bent. Exquisitely clean entry resulting in a softly bitter character that’s not disagreeable. Considerably rooty in taste, there’s a shocking depth right here that provides intrigue. A spherical mouthfeel, ending on a semi-tannic dry be aware. A really well-done Soju good for meals pairings or sipping as a substitute for vodka. GSN Score: A-
